WhatI just purchased a K2 Bike and I can't find anything about it on your web site. How can I get more information?
The K2 website is designed to highlight the bikes sold through independent bike dealers. K2 also makes bike models that are sold through large retail chains. I've been riding K2 for many years. How can I get some free stickers?

How do I submit a warranty claim on my bicycle?
All warranty claims should be submitted through the dealer where the bike was purchased. The dealer will inspect the bike and contact us for parts if the warranty is still in effect.
How do I go about registering my bicycle?

I broke my derailleur hanger. How can I get a replacement?
You can purchase a replacement derailleur hanger by contacting [email protected]
Can I purchase touch-up paint from you for my frame?
We do not have touch-up paint available. The paint used on bikes does not work well in a brush on application. Please look for enamel-based model paint such as the brand Testors. They carry a wide array of colors and would be your best option.
